This is very noble thing you are doing. just 1 suggestion. During Emergency on demand instead of "purchase immediate" help just do" get immediate help" (pay later) and it goes due in their balance to be paid in next 7/15 days. As when a girl is actually needing help every second is important and even the 60 seconds they will spend to purchase that. i guess that's the bigger purpose.. good luck

I'm new to python, but, is it just me or python is fragile? Random things breaking down out of nowhere. Some dependencies need you to install binaries on your system to work. And needing to use poetry for lockfiles is just crazy.
