I planned to launch before Black Friday. And itโs not happening. Thatโs the update. And honestly, it stings a little. I was excited about the timeline. The team was aligned. The plan felt doable. But somewhere between designs, development, and everything in between, the date slipped. So now Iโm waiting for a new date from the team. And Iโm calling this the first failure of the product Iโm building. Not because itโs a big disaster, but because itโs the first moment that didnโt go the way I imagined it. A small reminder to myself. In life, most things donโt go as planned. And thatโs fine. Building a product isnโt a straight line. Itโs messy, slow at times, fast at others, and filled with days where you have to adjust your expectations. The important part is to keep going. This delay wonโt stop the momentum. More updates soon.
