Reality hits harder: shipping delays, COD returns, unreliable suppliers, payment holds, and customers who expect Amazon-level speed. People don’t fail because the idea is bad. They fail because the myth is. Dropshipping isn’t passive income. It isn’t automation magic. And it definitely isn’t “easy money.” In India, it’s a logistics-heavy e-commerce model and e-commerce is brutal. It can work, but only if you treat it like a real business: niche focus, reliable suppliers, quality checks, fast delivery, and clear policies. Most beginners skip the fundamentals, chase viral products, and then wonder where their money went. The model isn’t broken the shortcuts are.
