just to add on, the hyper locals enter into a loop. 1. they can't deliver on scale, so they charge extra and take porter or some local tie up. 2. that would impact the margin and it's pushed to the end customers. 3. end customers compares with online pricing in Amazon/flipkart or some quick commercer solution. 4. your hyper locals guys loose interest in your platform. while giants would put some offer to attract audience. so eventually they move out and you're left with disappointments. I love your idea and would love to support you, but here are the pitfalls based on my experience
