I firmly believe we need AI first products. Existing products suck with AI on top. AI needs to be at the core of the product adding value wherever it can. do Ai product or just product. don't do product then add AI on top

being AI native fundamentally changes or enables new flow and interaction models which can't be accommodated if your product is not AI native this is my belief and observation
