🚨 The Interview Process Needs to Change Back in 2020, I was building projects — until a YouTube bhaiya said, “DSA is mandatory for MNCs.” So yeah, I joined the grind. Solved 800+ problems on LeetCode, GFG Fast forward — interviews still ask “Number of Islands?”, “Rotten Oranges?”, “2-sum?” 💭 Solving 1000+ DSA problems makes no sense if we can’t build real products. I’ve built many — never needed a “Number of Islands” Then: “Find non-repeating integer using only Java 8.” Bro, who even cares? And “What’s a functional interface?’’ Is this an interview or quiz? In an AI-first world, why test like it’s 2015? Let’s flip it. Let candidates build real product problems, collaborate, and show ownership.
