Wdyt Castism is one of the major problem of slow growth of India growth of country is affected by many things but the Castism is the problem were people fails to support the person who is best for the work In every small level elections it is made to be seen that people thinking of the best just go with the flow of their own cast but may lose the one who was ready to make things happen in favour of those Many conflicts take place unity goes off For eg - their is company were there are elections for financial manager, for union and all and just because of castism people never selected the one of other cast they relied only on their own communities rest the elected people didn't worked which voters were expecting from them and the firm started facing many problems related to labours At last question arises what will influence or what's the way to literate people, to explain the one who never thinks behind the scenes , or not interested to go in the depth of the facts ??
