Stop looking for a cofounder and just start building the PoC on your own. Nights and weekends. Goal is to be dangerous enough to do everything that needs to be done in your company by yourself. Then you find people who can do it better and faster. Don’t wait. Keep going. Someone might join on the way but no one will now until you beging and build something
