Just ended a meeting with a VC (I think he was more of an Angel) who offered me $20K for 30% while my ask has been $600k 😬 Politely denied it. $20K for 30% is a complete lowball, especially for a startup with: a working playable build, AI data capture in progress, a clear vision and roadmap, and even early investor conversations happening. For context: $20K for 30% values my company at around $65K pre-money ~ that’s “idea on a napkin” level, not a functioning prototype with traction potential. Interesting Monday playing Startup-Startup.

Is 4 years of experience still "Junior"? They're offering $60k-$65k. For those with 4+ years—what are you making? Is this a fair deal? Let's discuss!

Everyone’s talking about startup funding. We’re more interested in functioning. Other startups need investors. Tech startups (like us) need clients — and a clear vision. That’s the real fuel for growth. 🔥 — SE Software and Web Developers

Still using ChatGPT for your homework? Cute. I just used Grok + Lovable to build a fully playable AI-powered shooter game—complete with boss fights, upgrades, and monetization. No code? No problem. Miss one step and you'll never build this
