beating procrastination hard choice/easy choice meta ads learn/chat with friend. this is the problem , I encounterd yesterday. yes meta ads is heavy and made me feel like . oh , testing campaign, different marketing terms and learning all this as a newbie , like something holding heavy.. but when I was struggling with this idea trying to navigate. i was just lost scrolling and all that . then suddenly my friend's msg drop . my mind is like , wowwww then I opened and after talking 10 minutes, I go to scrolling reels for more than an hour. so the point is the confusion state is good for long term , cause I know , I gonna to figure it out. that how things done on meta ads. but my mind chooses comfort and I know that wasting every minute leads to a carrer which I don't wanna to live. so I did this . I made a choice that now on 3:44 i stop scrolling, then I did . i completed my one promise, my mind developed a +ve attitude, and then small tasks can beat it .
