our campus survey shows that many students don’t prefer canteen food due to hygiene and quality issues. While the average canteen meal costs around ₹40 due to subsidized prices, students are willing to pay ₹50–100 if provided with better quality food, highlighting a clear gap between current offerings and expectations. Currently, only 40% of students eat from the canteen and 31% even skip meals because of unavailability or lack of time.suggesting a real opportunity to offer cleaner, tastier, and more convenient food without drastically increasing costs. would love to hear your ideas on how this can be achieved.
