Scrolling through LinkedIn vs Medial made me realize something: On LinkedIn, it’s all jobs. People post openings, people look for openings. Employment is the currency. On Medial, it’s flipped. People post ideas. They look for co-founders. They want validation. They want to build, not just work. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I haven’t seen anyone post here seeking a job — except for me.
