You said chicken chips. So what percentage is the refined wheat flour content and 17g protein out of how much grams of chips?

Hey, so there is 17grams protein per packet which is 30grams. Also there is no refined flour used in this product. We only use 100% gluten free starch. However we cant reveal formulation percentages since those are proprietary. But we share complete ingredient transparency and nutritional data on the packaging. Hope that answers the question.
