that's a interesting concept. Brother, I believe it'll work. For the breathing part. You Need to Use some kind of sound filter to remove the disturbance from the surroundings using another mic as a sound cancelling mic. I guess, this will help ?

(Please this is a suggestion, don't totally rely on this one) I will suggest you to collect day to day sounds that might act as a disturbance for the real purpose. And Somehow classify it out when capturing audio for the real thing so that it cancles out the disturbances better. ( Don't use sound effects, instead make a natural collection of sounds that might act as a disturbance. )
