The Crazzy Grind - Day 2: From 'Launch' to 'Listen'. The launch-day adrenaline is gone. Today was about the real, quiet work that nobody sees. My only goal today was to talk to my first users. I sent out 30 personal emails, not as a founder, but as a builder asking for help. I managed to get on a call with 5 of them. The result of all that outreach? 20 new users signed up. It's not the thousands you see in viral launch posts. But for a solo founder, every single user feels like a victory. It's proof that talking to people is still the best marketing strategy. Everything above zero is a win. The marathon continues. btw i am building -https://crazzy.dev/

Well, today was the big launch day for my open-source Flutter tool, Crazzy. And to be brutally honest, it was a complete failure. Zero stars, zero users, zero downloads. It's a gut punch after 3 months of non-stop work, and for a second I thought abo

Failed in Public - Day 4: The Punch. I was supposed to be sharing my launch link today. Instead, I'm sharing this. A few hours ago, a critical, show-stopper bug appeared out of nowhere. The core of my app just... broke. My first instinct was to panic

Failed in Public - Day 5: Back from the Dead. On Thursday, I was at my lowest. A critical bug appeared just hours before my big launch, and I had to make the painful decision to postpone everything. It felt like a knockout punch. But the community (e

This or that? Pick one: 1) Raise $1M today OR land 10K users today? 2) Technical co-founder OR dream investor? 3) 5-day workweek OR 4-day grind + Friday rest? 4) Build in stealth OR build in public? Drop your picks - no wrong answers (maybe).
