We started by trying to solve smartphone addiction. So we built Locks4phone, an Android app that helps people lock their phones and focus. But soon we realized — giving permissions was new to many users, and without a plan or discipline, locks alone weren’t enough. That’s when the idea of a Structured Plan was born — clear routines with daily screen-free hours to rebuild focus. Then came our website www.adritapps.in , where we explain everything — from installation steps to 2-hour and 3-hour Structured Plans that guide users through daily digital detox. Now, with Locks4phone + Structured Plan, we finally have a practical solution to smartphone addiction. Taking a break now — heading to a remote area for 7–8 months. No phone, no time, barely any internet. But the goal stays on my mind. Next mission — tackling job scarcity, another challenge that needs structure and purpose.

i don't think it's a good idea for creating an app that anyone can lock their phone . 1. pre build Lock already installed in mobile 2. some similar apps available in playstore. 3. life is uncertain and not predictable, if he/she faced any emergency those time what can they do ??
