A few weeks ago, I came across my companyโs sales brochure. It was 14 pages long, detailed, heavy, and expensive to print. So I took it as a challenge. We redesigned the brochure with two clear goals: Better visuals to help sales teams pitch more effectively Reduced pages to cut down printing costs The result? From 14 pages to 6, without removing a single piece of information. Printing cost dropped from โน55 to โน21 per piece. Thatโs what design should do, not just look good, but work smarter for the business. We kept the same green tone (to align with the EV industry) and simplified the layout to connect better with our target audience, 35-50-year-old men in the EV segment. Itโs a small change with a big impact: Cleaner design. Lower cost. Higher conversion potential. Because at the end of the day, thatโs what every company truly wants - "design that sells and saves."
