Nobody actually cares when you are grinding behind the scenes. And not everybody is going to engage with your post or judge it. That's the biggest freedom you can take advantage of. So while working, do your best and show the finest result possible. The main thing is that, don't think much before hitting the post button. Get out of the fear of being judged. Speak out your words. Express what you felt doing the job. Talk about your obstacles and how you overcome them. Just don't stop. Try out new things every single day.
