Did anyone else notice this with Medial? ❌ Lately, people have started to promote themselves (and their services) on this platform. Which is not wrong per se, BUT They've STOPPED helping. If you've any doubt or need some help, they'll come to help IF you use them as freelancer. No knowledge sharing otherwise. It wasn't like this in the earlier days of Medial. This makes me sad. Have you observed this as well (or is it just me?)

Yes, I guess the "culture" is lost these days. No joy of networking but purely transaction base. I wish this could improve

well lot of spammer are now on Medial promoting business which isn't not as mentioned but yeah they are very good at prompting either. and yes what you saying is people not helping for free now a days is may be bcz those people are less active or left the platform. before I used to scroll latest feed and used to enjoy it quite a lot but now I don't see meaningful post.

this is expected, with all the spikes in startups and entrepreneurs in this platform. this is the best platform they can generate b2b leads. I am ok with that but at least, help out starter entrepreneurs, they are the future.

I found this funny but i observed myself going to the latest section instead of scrolling through the trending feed. relatable.? if this happens with most of the people then I feel it's a red flag for the medial.
