bro nice app plus ui is also looking great but you won't gain much audience as Bla Bla is also not charging any commission in India as of now and has a very large user base, so people won't try any new other app until and unless they are saving money or getting more rides

find some online communities and tell ur story and promote ur product there... like communities on reddit, fb or discord... (eg: community of ctiy in which u r lived or community of jobbers who commute daily )
