Most people rush to pay before the last date. I did the opposite. 22nd September was the final date to pay my mediclaim premium. If I had paid earlier, the amount would have been ₹19,124. But I waited. Because from yesterday, the new GST rates became applicable. So I paid on 22nd September itself. The result? My premium came down to ₹16,206. A direct saving of ₹2,918. That’s not a small amount. It reminded me that sometimes, being aware of small policy changes and timing things right can create real impact in our daily lives. And for that, I genuinely feel thankful to Modi Ji and Nirmala Ji. 🙏 Because ₹2,918 saved is not just money saved, it’s money that can be invested, used for essentials, or simply reduce the burden on a family. Small policy tweaks. Big difference for common people.
