🚀 I’m working on launching a hybrid business school with a unique learning model. Here’s the idea: 🎙️ First, we’ll run podcasts with industry experts (for example, a sales expert breaking down the ins and outs of sales). Students will gain the theory and insights directly from professionals. 💡 But here’s the twist → Once students are ready with the theory, we’ll move to the offline part: a 7-day masterclass where the same experts give real-world tasks and challenges. Students won’t just learn strategies — they’ll apply them in real situations. Gradually, our idea will shape into a business school Students can pay a nominal fee to join the masterclass, which will help cover our expenses, and in the future, we can raise funds to expand this into a full-fledged business school. The idea looks amazing, but I've seen a similar business model, it's a YouTube channel " Think School " , of course they don't teach business, they teach communication. They don't exactly do what you're proposing, but it is similar .
