Now each category is different and requires Different innovations at Different stages . You can do innovation At three stages (physical products) 1. Product Differentiation - Investing in R&D , patents ( Apple) 2. Marketing - You are marketing your product in the least expensive way means high ROI , Reaching at your target audience much faster . (BOAT) 3. Distribution - You are everywhere , (Lahori jeera) Try to find your Strong area and work in that . Don't follow everything or anything that other founders say as you are different, your product, market , consumer are different
