Exactly. Just read the updated news and came back to check this. And this surely made sense because of the simple fact that gov and as per this post even your employer is telling that you'll have to pay $100K for your visa or you'll might as well loose your visa completely if you don't return to the US and meanwhile the flights are empty and there's hardly any hike in price. That just doesn't make any sense.
