I had the privilege of attending the Confederation of Indian Industry Real Estate Summit on behalf of Adhroga Ventures Private Limited, and it was truly an enriching experience. The summit brought together respected leaders including the Chairman of CII Delhi State, Chairman of Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), the Co-founder of Unity Group, the CEO of Housing.com, and many other distinguished voices. Discussions spanned policy reforms, technology adoption for transparency and efficiency, and the growing role of sustainability in shaping the future of Indian real estate. What stood out was the diversity of perspectives, underlining the importance of collaboration between policymakers, industry veterans, and innovators. At Adhroga, we believe in being part of such forward-looking conversations that not only shape the present but also pave the way for the future of real estate in India.
