Dear Friends, I have 2 offers in hand. One is from MNC Bangalore another one is from 3rd party payroll but Working from home. MNC is giving x LPA amount where 3rd party payroll is giving x+1 LPA What should I join?

it depends on your age too like if you are in the starting years or middle years of your career, MNC would be a better option while if you are approaching your mid 50s Or 60s, 3rd party will be a more comfortable option

5 years is not starting of career ... if u already have 5 years experience then do work from home ..don't come to banglore it's bullshit place..save rent ..have good environment in ur state and home
