" U PAY PEANUTS, U BOUND TO HORE MONKEYS" To hire Smart candidate the screener HR needs to be Smart and not the software, as dependency on software has screwed-up life of millions of job seekers... and Recruiting team has no work but to work like tele caller... which seldom requires brain.
