I've officially hit the founder's wall. Day 1-3 was a sprint: idea to functional MVP. Day 4 is a hard stop. The free dev credits are gone, the bootstrap funds are dry, and the next steps aren't lines of code. This is the unfiltered reality of building. Hitting this wall has taught me two things: Lesson 1: The pivot isn't in the product, it's in the role. The job has shifted overnight from builder to fundraiser. Execution is no longer about code. Lesson 2: Validation needs fuel. The incredible feedback from this community yesterday (over 20 comments!) confirmed the problem is real. But a validated idea can't grow without capital. This is the journey beyond the highlight reel—the moment of genuine uncertainty. The next chapter for TurfWallah requires more than just a solo founder's grit. For founders who've been here: What was the very first step you took when your personal runway ran out? Can you help me out?

In a startup, everyone does a little bit of everything. One day, I’m handling code; the next, I’m helping with social media or talking to clients. It’s a balancing act that’s sometimes overwhelming, but it’s also what makes this journey so exciting.

Finally wrapping the day with today's todo list.... To start the next day. I'll always prepare the todo before that day. And next day I'll implement it.

Help me break the TurfWallah MVP. Day 1 was the idea. Day 2 was building until we hit our resource limit. Day 3, I'm sharing the live product with the smartest community I know. This is a public MVP teardown, and I need your specific expertise. I'm
