Hey folks, wanted to share something interesting I noticed recently. Over the last few weeks I spoke with a bunch of small business owners in Bangalore — restaurants, salons, clinics, and a couple of retail shops. None of them had heard of Zapier, Make, or n8n. Even when I showed them, their reaction was: “Looks complicated… who has time for all this?” What they do use every single day: WhatsApp, Google Reviews, Gmail, Instagram. The gap is obvious → all the powerful automation tools out there are made for tech-savvy folks, not SMB owners who just want simple outcomes. It feels like there’s a massive opportunity sitting untouched here. Curious — has anyone else seen this same problem in their market?
