Here's my unpopular opinion: NDAs aren't a magic shield. They are useful. But, If you pitch to 50 investors, expect your idea to spread anyways. Build > Hide How do you like to pitch your idea to the client, investor? With NDA or without NDA?

What about the protection of other strategies (marketing, brand protection, customer acquisition etc) apart from tech?

The main thing is execution/operations . for example if you tell someone i will do influencer marketing then what will they do with this everyone knows it but the main thing is process how you are endorsing/process /operation of that influencer marketing. and no one will ask the exact pipelines of sales tell me this and that. (i guess) we can give vaugue answer of or dodge the question we will ask the sales team etc..
