one method I use.. which works superbly. 1 lie down on bed 2. focus on your breathing 3. every time you breath out, imagine your head sinking into pillow 4. repeat.. you will feel that everytime you breath out, your head does feel like sinking into pillow even after 10-15- Or more times.. and most of the time you will fall asleep as your mind is free and you are focusing only on breath and sinking
