it's about valuing the minds. If you are a great mind and adding value for Indian people from the office, some chhichora living in your area claiming to know some chhichora politician will anytime threaten you on road just becoz you honked horn on him. Law and Order in India looks like going back to medieval age. I do not blame government, I blame to authorities managing the city. every top talent wants to stay where they will get value to their "talent investment". In india we get dhamki's from let's say autowala, if you go to police station they also warns you, and don't even think about going to judiciary. It's not about Indians who settle abroad, everyone wants to settle in a "comparatively" peaceful place so people earning better always thinks to give a better place to their family than they had. Where as other growing countries in Asia like China, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Australia gives better law and order
