When we truly understand a client, it reflects in our work. For instance, when a logo project for a supermarket called Starmart came up, many ideas initially came to mind, but they all felt too cliché. To break away from that, we quickly arranged a meeting with the client. After an insightful one-hour discussion, we gained a clear understanding of what the logo needed to convey. Following thorough research and development, we presented the final design to the client. To our delight, it was approved without any revisions. Both the client and I were thrilled with the result.
