This was user research disguised as a party. And it worked. What we learned: โ 80% of people discovered a brand theyโd never seen online โ Good design stops people. Good stories convert them โ Everyone's an athlete after 2 shots of ceremonial-grade matcha โ Community beats coupons. Every. Single. Time. This is what discovery commerce looks like when it leaves the screen. If youโre building for Gen Z, get out of your office.
