I really need to share my painful experience with Mivi Fort Q80 soundbar. I purchased this product from Amazon on 28th Sept 2024. On 20th July 2025, it became completely defective — even though it is still under warranty. Since then my suffering has only increased: I raised a warranty claim (Ticket #3570889). A service partner “OneAssist” was assigned. They scheduled technician visits, but nobody ever came. Every time, I received false updates and excuses like “address not found”. After wasting 20+ days, now they are asking me to ship the soundbar myself at my own cost to their service center in Telangana. Sir, is this what a warranty means? Why should a genuine customer spend extra money when the product is under warranty? And most importantly, if Mivi does not provide service in my pin code, then why did Amazon even sell the product in my area? For more than 20 days, my soundbar is lying dead at home. I feel completely helpless and harassed. This is not just a delay, it’s mental torture for a customer who trusted the brand. I only ask for what is fair: 👉 Either arrange a free pickup from my address, 👉 Or send a technician for on-site repair / replacement. Sir, please highlight this story on your platform. So that future customers know the truth before they buy Mivi products and do not suffer the way I am suffering now. Thank you 🙏
