mostly people use there name @email.com as a fake email or by mistake, think that's email not exists but I own myname@email.com and people who have the same name use it even that they don't know that it's a real email id so, daily i have received lots of otp and I have all access to accounts that using my email so don't enter any email id in your accounts which is not yours or you think that's not exist.
