We're not taking about a general user. We're talking about a company which uses their APIs services to build apps using them. For those users, you don't need to get any subscription. Just load up some money in their API wallet and use their API models wherever you want. Further, even a common person like you too can use their APIs. It's super easy. Just watch one video about 'how to use Chatgpt APIs for beginners' or use Chatgpt for help. It's super simple and you don't need any coding experience at all.
