wait for sometime, they just released this plan. u will get more details about its usage limits, then u can consider buying it, and gpt 5 is feeling way dumb for now so can't even say that subscription will give better answers.

I subscribed to ChatGPT two days ago for ₹1999. I'm getting the same GPT-5 model that's available for free, along with a slightly better thinking version and one more model, GPT-4o. It also includes unnecessary features like image and video generation, and deep research. So, I guess the free version is overall the best. But if you want, you can go ahead with the ₹399 plan.
