So I built a workflow in n8n: ✅ A webhook captures my meal input ✅ CustomGPT processes & enriches it into nutrition details (calories, protein, carbs, fats, safety score, notes) ✅ Data gets auto-logged into Google Sheets with charts & progress tracking The twist? Instead of using costly Vision APIs, I connected a CustomGPT that breaks down meals in detail with portion sizes, macros, and even improvement suggestions. Now every dinner plate gets turned into structured insights and stored against my daily 2000 kcal target 🍲📊 Automation isn’t just about business processes. It’s about making everyday life easier, smarter, and healthier.
