I ordered medicine once from zepto and after 35 minutes it was cancelled lol. It's shitty thing Swiggy have pharmacy long back Apollo too delivers in 20 minutes now So yea it doesn't help anything for Zepto with medicines

the USP for zepto is known for groceries and daily use ,so i dont think there would be a chance to nail the pharma part (i maybe wrong ) but according to me a consumer would be better off going to store themselves and checking out the medicines and buying

I think building trust with medicines is tough. Since there are many duplicates available in the market. People only go to those medical stores where they know they would get the real product and not duplicate ones.
