Rather than rebates am more concerned about the formalities and complainces. As, am a remote founder, maintain everything would be bit combursome as compared to Pvt Ltd( I could be wrong with this, but this is what I understand after reading articles. Gonna get in touch with CS/CA and have first hand information).
