Hey community! This is my first post here in Medial. I was just looking for someone who can advise me for a local marketing agency business. The plan i had, --- One of my Friend is a Photographer, he has a camera for photo or video shoot, I'm a professional Graphic Designer, and my another frnd has overall management skills and content writing skills. so we 3 will co-found a local marketing agency, that will serve the Cafes, restaurants, Medical businesses to present online too (Social media marketing). we will outsource video editors and Social Media manager from my frnds circle, will target local people. we are opening in a Semi-urban area. Here we have less competition but will have to deal with cheap clients and other things. Here i'm writing this for one who can Validate this idea. And if any strategy to acquire customer. Bcz we have everything but not the Sales one. so if anyone can help us out. If all set we would like to start very soon very small. g Thanks
