𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘆, 𝗹𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀. I was a very shy person until college. I never used to share what I felt because I thought it was unnecessary. But over time, I realised that it’s important to express yourself—otherwise, you won’t be able to correct yourself or make the right judgments about things. When we don’t share our thoughts, we often misjudge others, assuming their ideas are shallow. We also get into the habit of keeping everything to ourselves. Later in life, this can become frustrating—we want to share, but we feel hesitant. That’s one big reason why many people feel nervous during interviews and similar situations. The same happened to me. That’s why I started involving myself in different activities, participating in clubs, building my network, and sharing my thoughts with people. Gradually, I transformed into an extrovert—now I can’t stay silent, even when meeting someone new. So, what can you do? ↳ If you’re in college, participate in activities that match your interests. ↳ Build your network using social media. ↳ Join meetups, events, and social gatherings. ↳ Talk to yourself—it helps refine your thoughts. ↳ Listen to others—it will help you understand different perspectives. This Independence Day, let’s give independence to our thoughts as well. Happy independence day to all 🇮🇳
