Hi Medial family, I have a couple of important questions and would appreciate any sort of help and guidance. MVP built and we are now moving to register the company. 1. Should I go with Pvt. Ltd. or Sole Proprietorship? 2. I don't want to set up an office as I want to set up a manufacturing warehouse directly. Should I go with Virtual office registration? Is it viable and safe? Any recommendations in Bangalore? Thanks.
