Even though it's an overrated idea, opening a clothes store where there isn't one will be a game-changer. Also, people don't stop buying clothes, and people love buying new fashion sense, like bagging clothes, tight jeans, One Piece, and Saree. You can think of something new, clothes is overrated with the same clothing concept, but you can try something that can change the market.
