Okay, so here's the thing, zoho launched, arattai, their messenger app, I installed and used it myself, got my friends to install and we chatted, and it seemed good. honestly my journey with zoho is not a one day,thingy, I started using zoho mail a year a go, and it was just good, and I continued, finally I joined in with few friends (they were starting a startup) and we needed a professional email, and there, it was the moment, when I kind of knew I trust zoho mail, we bought and it works, it fucking works and that's all I want. and obviously this isn't a paid promo and I'm not gonna brag just the good parts, there are issues, the UI sucks, the mails UI sucks, I mean they've improved over time and now it looks tolerable but I've seen this, Arattai app too have similar UI, like the zoho mail, you open the menu and you'll know what I'm talking about. I'm just saying that I personally believe if we give them some time and support they'll deliver.. I love it.. you try as well.
