Fail is a very bold statement to make on the launch... personally, the name feels okay, logo can be improved for sure, and catchy, thingy is such that I think they've tried keeping the UI, their style, you see zoho mail app and you'll get it, but happy to see they've improved a lot from that in this new UI, also I think more users they onboard, more data they start to gather about the UI and hopefully it'll get better and catchy is as such that people love to be in around people, so once they start acquiring users, I think it'll be a great starting step in becoming catchy to the users....my thoughts...
