I’ve been thinking of building a calling agent that can automatically make reminder or notification calls to users — especially when a product they’re waiting for becomes available again. Use Case- Let’s say a customer wants a product that’s currently out of stock. As soon as it’s available again, the system should automatically call the customer and let them know.Also useful for reminder calls — like product refill reminders or follow-ups. I’m not from a tech background. So I’m looking for someone who can guide me — even just point me toward the right tools, APIs, or tutorials to get started. If you’ve built something like this, or have suggestions, I’d love to learn from you. 🙏

It's decent idea , but I personally as a consumer don't want to get a call back for my products availability. I'm sure amazon , flipkart does the same thing with notification that is much easier ..

Not enough pain here so no point building. Especially if you're not of Tech background don't bother with complex stuff like this and focus on vertical ai integration in a domain you're familiar with
