I've tried and found Cashfree to be a good option it also comes with an API And it supports personal account you just have to have a savings bank, you don't even need a current bank account

So I was wrong. You can accept international payments from your Individual razorpay / cashfree account, no need for GSTIN or any company details. You just have to connect your PayPal account with your payment gateway.
