why can't I cancel my subscription for medial

too many spam comments in medial. " I want this that " it is irritating to see these idiots expecting money like this. no one will fund these idiots, it's my curse.

Does anyone know how to cancel the medial subscription? I don't see any option. I sent a few support tickets, but it appears no one looks into those tickets.

Why Medial App is not allowing to cancel the auto pay for Premium Subscriptions??

Is this is a issue, or intended, that a user is not allowed to cancel the Medial Subscription, even from APP and even on tring with Gpay it is showing error, I raised this issue on Medial as well, but no revert
